The generator is free while in beta, and everything free today stays free. Pro is for businesses that run checks every week and want their setup saved.
Both tiers keep the same privacy promise. Your check data is processed entirely in your browser. Pro profiles and your license are stored only in your browser, never on our servers.

Bookkeeping or accounting firm? We are designing a firm plan: saved profiles for every client under one license, priced per firm, not per seat. Email [email protected] with how many clients run positive pay and we will build it around the first answers we get.
Bank not in the generator yet? The format setup service adds it for you: free if you have your bank's spec sheet, $99 to $249 one time if we have to build the layout from screenshots, samples, or rejection messages. Verified against a real test upload.
How activation works
Payment runs through Stripe checkout on Stripe's own pages. We never see your card number. After payment, Stripe sends you to our activation page. That page stores a signed license token in your browser, shows you your permanent activation link, and Pro features turn on. There is no account to create. Save the activation link: it turns Pro on in any browser, on any computer, for as long as your subscription is active. If you ever lose it, email support and we send it back after verifying your subscription with Stripe.
How do I cancel?
Use the subscription management link in your Stripe receipt email, or email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you. Your subscription runs to the end of the paid period. See the Terms of Service for details.
Will the free tier go away?
No. Converting a check register into your bank's format stays free. Pro exists for convenience: it remembers your banks, layouts, and account numbers so a weekly check run is drop the file, pick a profile, download.
Where is my data stored?
Profiles, saved layouts, and the license token live in your browser's local storage on your computer. Nothing from a profile, including account numbers, is transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data removes them, so use the Back up button in the tool to save a profiles file you control, and keep your activation link. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
