This is how most formats in the generator got there. Your bank's page then exists for every other customer of that bank too.

How it works
- Email [email protected] with your bank's name and whatever you have: spec sheet, screenshots, an old accepted file, or a rejection notice.
- We reply within one business day confirming scope and which tier fits. Then pay with the Stripe link on this page. Free jobs skip payment entirely.
- We deliver the format in the generator and send you the link. You run a test upload in your bank portal.
- We revise until your bank accepts the file.
What to send, and what never to send
We need the layout, not your data. Send the spec sheet, screenshots of the portal's file-format page, or a sample file with the numbers blanked or replaced. Never send a real check register, real account numbers, or anything from a live check run. If we receive real check data by accident, we delete it and ask for a sanitized version.
Why not just pay someone to convert the file each week?
A one-off conversion solves one check run. A format in the generator solves every check run after it, for you and for anyone else at your bank, and the generator's validation catches the duplicate check numbers and truncated account numbers a manual conversion quietly passes through. You also keep the privacy property: after setup, your register is processed in your browser and never leaves your computer.
What happens if the bank changes its format?
Email us. We update documented formats when a bank changes its spec, at no charge. That is maintenance of the generator, not a new setup job.
